Job Summary:
As an Observability Engineer at NoBS Tech, you'll be instrumental in creating robust observability frameworks that drive reliability, performance, and insights across complex systems. You’ll work closely with both our internal teams and clients, translating business needs into practical observability solutions.

This role is a perfect fit for those who love solving intricate technical challenges and have a knack for making data meaningful and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:
● Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to identify key operational needs, providing them with customized observability solutions that translate into business value.
● Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring clear and effective communication around technical requirements and deliverables.
● Interpret and refine abstract customer requests, working with our engineering team to develop clear, practical action items.

Technical & Engineering Responsibilities:
● Observability Expertise: Design and implement observability frameworks focused on RED/Golden metrics, adapting them for a range of complex environments.
● Statistical Analysis: Leverage statistical techniques to validate data, driving meaningful insights and alerting capabilities.
● Adaptability & Curiosity: Stay agile and curious, exploring new tools, technologies, and concepts to continuously improve observability solutions.

Technical Skills:
● Programming & Scripting: Strong experience with Python, Go, or Bash (other languages welcome).
● Containerization & Orchestration: Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes.
● Cloud & Data Centers: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, or physical data center architecture.
● Application Development: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with application instrumentation.
● Log Parsing & Automation: Expertise in log processing and automation, with tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Salt.
● Observability Platforms: Significant experience with observability platforms, especially Datadog, and familiarity with NewRelic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Nagios, ELK, or Splunk/SignalFX.
